666 Park Avenue -1×4- Hero Complex

Well, in the battle of the supporting characters, I found Nona to be much more interesting then the writer/wife/hot assistant triangle from hell, so this episode at least had that going for it. Intrigued over her apparently being able to see some form of the future and wondering what is the deal with her grandmother.

Prez from The Wire is the Smoke Monster! As great as it was to see Jim True-Frost again, I have to think these guys would have realize having that and Terry O'Quinn on the same show will automatically make people think of Lost, which seems like a bad idea to me because, if anything, it will make former Lost fans want to just watch that show again and it would make those who didn't like that show, probably not be thrilled to relive that again. But I'm looking forward to seeing Prez again next episode. Also good seeing Jose Zungia. The show at least can get some good guest stars.

Henry and Jane worked better as a couple this time, but I still find them kind of boring as a whole, and still wish this show focused more on Gavin and Olivia doing what they do best. I don't think Dave Annabelle and Rachel Taylor are bad per say, but they are serviceable, while Terry O'Quinn and Vanessa Williams are stand-outs. They can do great stuff with just looks and minimal dialogue, compared to all the stuff we get with Henry and Jane.

Ratings actually went back up to 1.8 in the 18-49 demo. Granted, the ratings Sunday were a bit wonky since CBS' football went long, so this show went against The Good Wife instead of The Mentalist. And it is still bleeding a ton of viewers from Once/Revenge, so I have no idea what ABC is planning with this.
