This episode was pure gold but proved once again that the show is really New Schmidt at the point. Bless Max Greenfield.
They REALLY need to give Winston some personality. I like the actor and the character but couldn't help thinking the whole ep that we know so much more about Nick and Schmidt compared to Winston.
Jess planning the whole thing out of her comfort zone was just so sweet and awesome and I loved her bullhorn and party planning binder. Nick and Lizzy Caplan were charming as well.
