The beginning with the skates was so cute, and it's totally believable that Jess would get that for the guys for Christmas without being SO over the top.
And Winston might be my favorite character. Except for the handbells episode, he's been really charming and funny without being an OTT caricature of a sitcom character (wow, hard to say AND type). His competitiveness is a real behavior but it's not the focus of him all the time.
Schmidt's trying with the perfume was cute - I like the low-key vibe between him and Cece. And the "sexy" holidays were too funny - Sexy Easter Bunny, Cinco de Sexy (and Max Greenfield's line reading of "No Cinco de Sexy" gave me chills/lady part tingles), Sexy Martin Luther King...
