Community Season 2 Ep 23: A Fist Full Of Paintballs

I love this show so much, I wanna take it behind the middle school and get it pregnant.

This wasn't just an awesome sitcom episode, it was actually a great action show. The spaghetti Western parody aspect is not only pitch-perfect, but it serves to give this episode a very different feel than "Modern Warfare" despite using a lot of the same settings and a virtually identical premise.

If I have one complaint, it's that the episode really focused on Annie, Jeff, and Pierce at the expense of the rest of the study group (Britta in particular got about three lines throughout the episode, which I didn't like so much), but the nice thing about a two-parter (as well as resolving those three's separate rivalries with the Black Rider at the end of this episode) is that the next episode can showcase Britta, Shirley, and Troy a bit more (Abed wasn't as neglected this episode as those three, and Shirley got more time on camera than Britta or Troy, too).

Loved Jeff and Britta's matching outfits and them being the King and Queen of Spades respectively. The "Greendale parents" theme is one of my favorite goofy in-jokes that the show does, and it's nice that they've kept that going lately.

Josh Holloway did a great job, and it'll be too bad if he doesn't appear at all in the next episode (which looks fucking awesome, may I add).

The Dark Knight music playing at the end was just inspired. As is that ice cream mascot costume (the fact that the woman sounds like Patience from the "Firefly" pilot helps).
