It's Always Sunny Season 6 Ep 9: Dee Reynolds: Shaping America's Youth

This episode made me laugh so hard I thought I was going to have a heart attack.

One thing I loved was that the students were INTO the movie. They loved it by the end! Just like the Night Man musical.

For that matter, none of them seemed to notice the blackface.

This season has been great because the stories have, oddly, gotten smaller. They're much more about just letting the gang riff on each other or manufacture their own strange little worlds than engaging in schemes, and it's almost given the series a heart. Sure, they still try to screw each other over constantly, but there's something kind of sweet about how they all sort of get each other. Well, Dee is pretty much the saddest TV character since Arnold Judas Rimmer, but otherwise they seem pretty happy with their weird, insular lives.
