Tonight demonstrated the strength of this show -- although every scene could be detected coming a mile away, and all of them done on other sitcoms... it was still hilarious.
I didn't think I would find the Cam playing straight funny, but it was. Claire and Haley were hilarious. The ADD joke, Claire's inspiration for Haley's college essay, and the dark secret which I totally thought was real. I thought it was going to be that Haley fell out of a tree or something but Haley is just as ditzy as her brother and father.
