This was definitely better than the pilot (which I really liked, too). I loved the hints that Steven's past is really murky. I love Leo, but it's not so much that I find him more entertaining that the other characters in and of himself. It's more that I think this show works better when it slips into ensemble mode. Leo/Sam/Steven is fun. Sam/Steven/sycophanitc sidekick whose name I'm blanking on are fun. Sam/spy director/Steven are fun. I think the leads do a fine job of holding up the show, but it's at its best when there are more people on the screen.
