Darren Starr creator of Sex And The City, 90210, and Melrose Place is certainly no stranger to making hit television shows. Darren may now have another potential hit on his hands with Good Christian Bitches, a new dramedy he's producing with Steel Magnolias and First Wives Club writer Robert Harling. Based on the book of the same name by author Kim Gatlin, Good Christian Bitches is a story about
" Amanda Vaughn, a recently divorced mother of two who, to get a fresh start, moves back to the affluent Dallas neighborhood where she grew up. There she finds herself in the whirling midst of salacious gossip, Botox, and fraud".
Bitches is currently in a hot bidding war between ABC, NBC, and CBS and with Desperate Housewives amd The Housewives franchise at Bravo waning I think this could be the next guilty pleasure.
